Service in the workshop and in the field

Our technicians are trained by CLAAS and work both in our workshop in Fiorenzuola d'Arda and with our mobile workshops, which reach you at the farm or directly in the field.

We handle scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs, even at the height of the season.

Genuine CLAAS spare parts

Our warehouse stocks CLAAS ORIGINAL parts and operating materials. If a part is not on the shelf, we order it through CLAAS logistics, which handles more than 200,000 part numbers.

During the season we run a dedicated service: most spare parts arrive within 24 hours.

03 — Agriculture 4.0

Precision farming

Our precision farming team installs and sets up CLAAS technology on your machines: GPS PILOT CEMIS 1200 automatic steering, machine optimisation with CEMOS and fleet and field management with CLAAS connect.

Automatic steering reduces overlaps between passes; with Section Control and variable rate, product goes only where it is needed. The result is less fuel, seed and fertiliser per hectare.

We also help you prepare the technical documentation needed to access the tax incentives available for 4.0 investments.

04 — Sales Consulting

Purchase advice

Before suggesting a machine, we want to understand how your farm works: acreage, crops, the machines you already have and your budget.

On that basis we make you a proposal with the right models from the CLAAS range and our partner brands, and we stay with you after delivery.
