Cookie Policy

Information on the use of cookies and other tracking technologies.

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that websites can store on a user’s device. They may be necessary for website operation or used for analytics, profiling and advertising.

2. Preferences and Technical Tools

Iubenda stores the user’s preferences and proof of consent using technical tools necessary to operate the panel and manage the choice. Preferences can be changed at any time using the floating Iubenda button. The current list of Iubenda technical tools and their duration is available in the Cookie Policy generated by Iubenda.

The accessibility panel also stores display preferences exclusively in the user’s browser through localStorage, using the key agrifutura_accessibility_preferences. This technical tool is not used for profiling or analytics.

The website may also use temporary technical data needed to transmit electronic communications and protect system security. This data is not used to profile users.

3. Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is not active on the date this notice was updated. The website does not load GA4 tags and does not use Analytics cookies.

Before any activation, this notice will be updated with the cookies actually used, their duration, data retention and the settings applied. GA4 must be loaded only after explicit consent to the statistics category through Iubenda, without advertising or personalisation features unless the notice and consent configuration are updated again.

4. Third-Party Technical Resources

The website's fonts, icons and technical libraries are hosted directly on Agrifutura's server and do not involve connections to external providers. The only external service loaded on every visit is Iubenda, which is needed to collect and record cookie preferences.

The Contact page embeds Google Maps to show the headquarters. The service, provided by Google Ireland Limited, may set cookies or similar technologies and process technical browsing data. The iframe is subject to consent collected through Iubenda and must not load before the relevant choice. For information on Google’s processing, see the Google Privacy Policy. Links to social networks and other external services open only at the user’s initiative and are governed by the respective providers’ notices.

5. Browser Management

Users can control or delete cookies in their browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may affect some website features. Instructions are available in the support pages of the browser used.

6. Updates and Contact

If non-technical cookies or tracking technologies are introduced, this page and the Iubenda configuration will be updated before activation. For information, write to privacy@agrifutura.com or see the Privacy Policy.
