1. Data Controller
The data controller is Agrifutura S.r.l., with registered office at Via Emilia Parmense 47, 29017 Fiorenzuola d'Arda (PC), VAT no. 02173920345, tax code 01310120330. For any request concerning personal data, write to privacy@agrifutura.com or certified email info@pec.agrifutura.com.
2. Data Processed and Purposes
Browsing the website may involve processing technical data necessary for its operation, such as IP address, browser and device data, requested URLs, access date and time, and security logs. This data is processed to provide the website, prevent abuse and ensure system security.
If users contact Agrifutura by phone, WhatsApp, email or certified email (PEC), the data they voluntarily provide may be processed (for example name, contact details, the content of the request and the data needed to prepare a quote or provide service). Processing is necessary to respond to the request and, where applicable, to carry out pre-contractual or contractual measures. Messages sent via WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), according to that service's terms and privacy notice. The website does not have a contact form.
Anyone who sends an application to job@agrifutura.com provides the data contained in their CV, which is processed for recruitment purposes.
The Contact page embeds Google Maps to display the headquarters. The service may process technical browsing data, browser and device data, IP address and map usage data. Google Analytics 4 is not active on the date this notice was updated: the website does not send data to GA4 and does not use Analytics cookies.
3. Legal Basis and Provision of Data
Browsing data is processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and operational. Data supplied for contact, assistance or quotation requests is processed to respond to the data subject and, where necessary, to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps. Google Maps is processed on the basis of user consent collected through the Iubenda consent management platform. Providing contact data is optional, but failure to do so may make it impossible to respond.
4. Processing, Recipients and Transfers
Data is processed using appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect its confidentiality, integrity and availability. It may be accessed by authorised staff and suppliers acting on behalf of Agrifutura, for example for hosting, technical maintenance and security, who are appointed as processors where required.
The website's fonts, icons and libraries are hosted directly on Agrifutura's server: browsing does not involve connections to external providers, except Iubenda for managing cookie consent. Google Maps, provided to users in the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited, is loaded only after consent. For information on Google's processing of data, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
Using these providers may involve transferring data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary, transfers are based on the safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. For information on the safeguards applied and to obtain a copy, the data subject may contact privacy@agrifutura.com.
5. Retention
Technical logs are kept only for the period strictly necessary for website security and operation, according to the hosting service settings. Data received for contact requests is retained until the request has been handled and, if no contractual relationship follows, for no longer than 24 months, without prejudice to legal obligations or the need to protect a right. Google Maps is used for the duration of map consultation, subject to any retention by the provider.
6. Data Subject Rights
Where provided by the GDPR, the data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise these rights, contact the controller using the details above.
7. External Services
Google Maps is activated only after consent to the relevant category through Iubenda; consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time in the preferences panel. Social network links are activated only by the user; once opened, data processing is governed by the third party’s notice.
8. Cookies
For information on cookies and tracking technologies, see the Cookie Policy and the policy generated by Iubenda.
9. Updates
